Introducing the Conquest integration with CapIntel. This integration works to seamlessly align client investment portfolios with goals to build stronger client relationships. Providing clear visuals of financial products which connect back to client goals and risk profiles, the Conquest to CapIntel integration enables seamless data integration, actionable insights for portfolio alignment. In this article, we will cover how plan accounts can be used in client comparisons and presentations.
Importing Plan Accounts
From inside your client's page in Conquest, you can launch directly into CapIntel where there will be a folder for Plan accounts, representing the accounts brought in from Conquest.
If an account is not already linked to a CapIntel contact profile, a prompt to either link to an existing contact or create a new contact will appear.
After a contact has been created or selected, the list of Planning accounts from Conquest will appear, giving an opportunity to decide which accounts to import to CapIntel.
Once the accounts have been imported, the contact profile will open to the Plan accounts folder. From here, you can see the account's risk rating, value and target rate of return in the overview.
Portfolios can either be created from the Plan accounts folder, or the Portfolios folder, where filtered views are now available to assist by sorting based on plan accounts or risk profiles.
To link an existing CapIntel portfolio or new portfolio to a plan account, simply click the Plan accounts drop-down menu to select the account from inside the portfolio editor.
Once a portfolio has been successfully linked to a plan account, the portfolio can be analyzed directly inside the editor against both a client's risk profile and investment goals using historical data.
Comparing Plan Accounts
Once a plan account linked to a portfolio and brought into a comparison, the asset allocation and annualized returns can be viewed under Plan accounts and then by selecting from the list on the side panel.
Creating Presentations with Plan Accounts
To create a presentation including client goals, ensure your comparison is first saved and then choose the option to Export presentation. Once you've selected the presentation template, simply toggle on the sections under Plan accounts that you'd like to present to your client and include a personalized message they can review from their phone or computer.
