Overview
On the CapIntel platform there are two main ways to add a client into your Client Directory. We will go over both ways to create a client and to ensure a smooth workflow.
To Add a Contact into Your Directory
To begin, click on the Contacts tab, located in your top bar. Next, click the + Add New Contact button on the right.
You can then add the contact's name, ID if applicable and any notes you may wish to include to their profile. Once you are finished with this, you can click the Save Contact button, and you will then be able to find your client in your directory.
To Add a Contact Through a Model or Comparison
After you have created a new comparison or taken an existing model to comparison view, click the Save button in the upper right corner.
Once the prompt opens, select the Choose Contact drop-down and from here you can create a new contact.
From here, repeat the steps outlined above to save your contact.
