Introducing Tailored Digital Presentations

We’re excited to share improvements to our Digital Presentations, a powerful enhancement designed to help you create ready-to-share proposals in just a few clicks. With this update, you can now make two quick decisions upfront: how much detail the client needs and what they care about most.

This enhancement reduces the time spent manually editing presentations, helps you build more intentional and client‑relevant proposals, and gives you confidence that you’re showing the right information, not just more information.

How It Works

To get started, export a presentation, select Digital Presentation, and choose a template.  You can now begin by selecting the desired presentation complexity.

  • Choose a Simple version for high‑level conversations or early‑stage prospects. This generates a proposal with 3 modules.
  • Choose a Standard version for most client meetings. This generates a proposal with 6 modules.
  • Choose a Comprehensive version for deeper analysis with sophisticated or detail‑oriented clients. This generates a proposal with 9 modules.

Once the complexity is selected, choose up to three areas to emphasize in the presentation. These options include Investment Risk, Top Holdings, Portfolio Details, and Returns. This ensures that the final presentation highlights what matters most to the client.

Make Your Own Templates

Under My Templates, you can save a template along with your chosen configuration in the builder, and it will appear under this tab.

Once you have selected your preferred sections, open the three‑dot menu and choose Save as template

You can then give your template a Name and a Description to save your chart configurations and selected content modules. This makes it even faster to create new presentations with the same setup.

The My Templates tab in the template selection screen will now display the templates you created along with their saved preferences, and can be used to quickly create future proposals.

Note: Templates will be filtered based on the contact’s language, and then by the advisor’s language if the contact’s language is not available.
