Overview
In this article, we will go over how to export your comparison and finalize your proposal before sending it off to your client. Enterprise and Pro plans include the option to further customize proposals. Enterprise plans may include additional marketing materials on proposal templates.
Export the Proposal
Begin by exporting the proposal from inside the comparison tool:
After exporting the proposal, there may be multiple templates to choose from. Select the template you'd like to use for the proposal. Once a template is chosen, the proposal builder screen will open.
In-Page Edits
The proposal builder enables a customized proposal to be created by selecting which content to include. The "Add Content" button opens a search menu to add more sections to the proposal.
Timeframes and display formats for some sections can be customized by using the icons located in the top right corner of the sections. Some sections can be adjusted to show a more visual format such as bar charts or donut graphs.
Options Tab
The Options tab allows you to change the look and feel of the proposal to reflect your brand, change the language of the proposal and paper format.
Some templates may have additional customizations available, such as:
- Orientation: Portrait (shows up to 4 items in the proposal) or Landscape (shows up to 6 items in the proposal)
- Proposal language: Depending on the template, you can be able to choose between English and French
- Header colour & pattern: Select up to 14 different header colours (Pro Tier), and 4 header patterns
- Paper format: Pick Letter, A4 or Legal
- Template: You can change the template you want to use
Downloading the Proposal
Once fully satisfied with the design, click "Download PDF Proposal" to save a PDF of the finished proposal to your device and share with clients.
